VP of AI Platform

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of AI Platform to lead our AI platform capabilities across the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of AI, the VP of AI Platform will be responsible for overseeing a team of 100 engineers, product managers, project managers, ML engineers, and scientists to drive the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that revolutionize our business operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of AI platform capabilities to support the company’s objectives and growth initiatives.
• Manage a diverse team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT professionals, to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization across various business functions.
• Own and enhance existing AI-driven solutions, such as internal proprietary chatbots and call center platform analytics, to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and achieve business outcomes.
• Drive the development and implementation of best practices, standards, and processes for AI model development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in AI, machine learning, and data science to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
• Partner with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts to leverage external expertise and resources for AI innovation and advancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale AI platform initiatives and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, with hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on mentorship, talent development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
