Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies aligned with our mission.
• Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems.
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine product vision, set technical direction, and drive strategic decisions.
• Attract, hire, and lead a high-caliber AI research and development team.
• Engage with stakeholders, investors, and partners to promote and support our technology.
• Stay abreast of AI trends, research, and regulatory issues to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI Agent building, with a portfolio of projects/products that demonstrates your expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience building and managing teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Passionate about making a positive impact through technology.
• Proven experience with LLM APIs.
